Follow Step by Step:

Step 1:

Go To Start Button, Then Go to run option, and Write eventvwr in a run option, then Select Application System Microsoft office secession Click action then you see Clean all events you click no

Step 2:

Click Start Button, then Go to run option and Write prefetch in a run option, then Click ok button after that You see lot of file at first Select all (ctrl+A) Then Delete all

Step 3:

Click Start Button Then Go to run option, then Write temp in a run then Click OK Button, after that You see lot of file or program is open You Just select all (ctrl+A) then Delete all

Step 4:

Go to Start button, then Go to run option and Write %temp% in a run option, then Press Ok button , then You see lot of unnecessary file is open You Just Select all (ctrl+A) then Delete all

Step 5:

Go to start Button, then Go to run Option and Write cleanmgr in a run, then     Press Ok button, After that Select your Drive Step by Step, then You Click Ok button

Step 6:

Go to start Button, Then Go to run option and Write recent in a run, then Press Ok Button, then you see Lot of unnecessary file, you Just Select All (ctrl+A), Then Delete all
