Follow some few steps-

• At First you go to Blank side of Desktop Then
• Click Right side of Mouse then
• Go to new/shortcut
•  Now you see one Blank box, type under this line
• %windir%\system32\rundll32.exeadvapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
• Then select next and create a shortcut icon by name clear ram
• To observe in Desktop have a shortcut icon (clear ram)
• If you see this icon Just click two times then automatically delete in active program
